is there i way i can set a different color to be transparent besides black in a sprite animation? i would like to include black in my animation, and i don't want it to be transparent. thanks a lot.

Page 55 of the manual, the command you're looking for is:
Set Image Colorkey <red value>, <green value>, <blue value>

But make sure you use this command BEFORE you load any images, otherwise it will appear nothing happens.
