Hello Shakleford,

In my opinion the sound quality in SoundMatter pack is equal to or less than the sounds heard in demonstration web page.

Do not expect get great sound quality with SoundMatter pack.

The sounds when I have heard in a head phone were reasonable however in a pair of PC stereo speakers they do not look like so good

I must confess that I expected a better sound quality than that presented in soundmatter pack.

The biggest advantage of soundmatter pack is that you have many sound files well organized by type for example: fps sounds, aircraft sounds, arcade sounds and so on and you do not need search them on internet the sounds one by one.

However, this is my opinion which may differ from other people, so would be important to hear opinion from others as well.

I hope this informations may be helpful for you.

All the best.

Thanks for responding Northern. I had a feeling thats how they sounded.

I was waiting for a response until I decided to purchase or not. I bought a few from SoundRangers in the meantime which were high quality but wway more expensive than the SoundMatter packs

Thanx again Northern

Hello Shakleford,

Do not mention it. I'm glad by my comments have helped you in some manner.

I did not know Soundrangers website seemed to me very professional and excellent quality of sounds and music.

The games soundtrack is a very important game stuff but often neglected by some game makers as well as a very difficult task to make or buy the appropriate sounds and music.

Thank you for the hint.

Cheers.

Northern
