So i made my custom menu for my game, and now i don't know how to save it? There is no save button or anything?..

Also, does anyone know how i can use a video as a background in GUI-X9?

try this:
1) make your menu
2) close GUI-X9 it should bring up a menu press apply GUI-x9 menu'sand save it somewhere

To save your menu you must first build your game with FPS Creator.
Then open GUI-X9, make your menu and when closing GUI-X9 you will be asked if you want to apply the menu or not.
Select the apply option, select the folder of the game you built previously and it will be applied to your game
