FPSC Classic Models and Media / Where to find particular media, specifically Bond1?

I was looking at a model pack, and it said you had to have the following installed:

Bond1's Tangent-basis and sprite-atlas animation shaders

But, they don't say where to find them. I did a search for Bond1, and a lot comes up; but I didn't see these in particular. I am sure I could wade through all of the posts to find it, but decided to ask here also. Are these part of a model pack I might already have? Or are these separate? I went to the Game Creator's Store thru FPS and looked at everything by Bond1, but didn't see anything there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. I saw that thread, but it didn't say that these textures were in it.

I do know how to use the search bar, and used it several ways using different terms. But, thanks anyway.
