I'm making a bunch of guns, and I want my own sounds, for the reloading, shooting, etc. Is there any software?

I'd have to say........ The Game Creators can make dreams come true.

Audacity. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Does pretty much everything you'll need. You'll also need a microphone and a gun.

That's true, i use Audacity to edit my reloading sounds. And other sounds in my games. It is very useful! Also, you don't need a "real" gun for sounds. I used my airsoft pistol for my reload sound once and it turned out good! You can use a lot of resources and sounds to create a gun shot. A gun is not required..

If your game is not going to be commercial then you can also check out here:
http://www.gamebanana.com/sounds

They have sounds for download there, just make sure you read so you know if you can use them commercially, etc.

I use that for most of my sounds, my games are not commercial though..

Hope this helps!
