After some effort I finally loaded my first decent terrain. I used L3DT to generate the height map and texture, but had to tweek the default settings a bit to get things looking at least decent. I used the skybox that comes with the terrain tut and also used the detail texture found in the same tut. Comments and/or suggestions appreciated! Thanks!

I think it's nice, it looks realistic.

Thanks. I know it's just a terrain with a skybox, but for me it was quite the accomplishment, not really because of Dark GDK, but actually learning to build a height map and a texture with some software and making it compatible with Dark GDK, that was the real challenge for this noob.
