Hello again.
I have another one question.

I will work in the level editor and in adventure editor.

I would like to ask , which is the best and easiest plug in for creating GUI application , with windows , buttons , textboxes , listboxes, checkboxes , radio buttons , mdi windows , mdi child windows , menus etc..., and any gadget like visual basic.

I have the BlueGui , but after some research , I saw , the developer have discontinue it , but I don't have yet used it.

What is the best easiest , and most complete , Gui plugin , or even I will purchase , for creating window application with DarkBasic Pro?

Thank you...

I would think either BBBGui or TopGui. Though both are still being worked on, much of the functionality is there. BlueGui had a visual editor called Rainbow Editor (IIRC)... something that the current gui plugins do not yet have.

BBB_GUI

TOP GUI
I never got around to Xgui but I don't think it is supported anymore either.

I tried to look top gui , because BBB Gui , is not complete yet.
Listboxes or (listviews not ready yet) and mdi windows are not ready yet.

The top gui is not compiled millions of errors , I install and Advanced2D with Matrix1 Utilities and didn't compiled again.

As I see there is no independent stand alone commercial completed GUI library here yet.

I didn't tryd BBB Gui yet , but I as see it, is incomplete and when I will create something , other version will be out and I will need to change my whole code when the new things which supported.

And you need to have other plugins installed before run these gui libraries.

I use BlueGUI all the time, It's never caused me any troubles (Apart from possibly one) and is better featured than BBB Gui.

If you have already purchased it, it seems silly to not use it.

Yes I have purchased years ago and I never used it.
I will give it a try.
Also , I keep my eye in others Gui Libraries too.

Which was your trouble you had with BlueGUI? (The discontinued developement one?)
In comparison of BBB Gui and Blue Gui which of them is better?

You said its more featured than BBB Gui.

In my current project (Which makes big use of BlueGUI elements), I have a problem with random crashes, but I cannot pin point what is causing it. It could quite possibly be BlueGUI, but it could also be a number of other things.

I have used BlueGUI successfully in a number of smaller projects.

BlueGUI in my opinion is the better between BlueGUI and BBBGui, although BBBGui is still a work in progress and I'm sure it'll not take Brendy Boy long to catch up.

Do I will have crashes too , if I create some application with Blue Gui?
I don't want to have crashes , if the library crash , I will not use it.

I do not think you will.

I do not know why my program crashes. I use many plug ins, not just BlueGUI, and I also delve into the Windows API using DBP's call dll command.

I have written many programs with BlueGUI and had no trouble before.
