Hello fellow programmers and gamers. I need alittle help. I just purchased DarkBasic Pro and a ton of add-ons{dark physics, dark matter..and all the programs are pretty easy to self teach, but im stuck. I have an awesome test level, very detailed yet small only 256 x 256 and pretty mjuch just flat. Great trees, objects and everything and have no idea how to put it into dark basic to run a test. i made the map with 3d world studio and all other programs were dark something. Im beggin someone please!! At least help me understand how to load my map and walk around it and that would totally effin rock!!

The thing to start with is find a demo that does the same thing. Learn how to swap what you have, with parts of the demo. By doing that you start to understand how the program works.

If you export it as a "DBO" object from 3DWS you can load it into DBP using "Load Object". I would suggest doing a few tutorials to get the hang of DBPro first though:

I would go ahead and do the tutorials listed so you can learn how to move around. You will walk right through the level, so once you feel comfortable with the tutorials look into sparkys .dll : http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=31051&b=5

Hey guys i appreciate the comments. I looked at the links but i cant find any said demo that lets me change the code. I tried to do #include "dbpmap.dbo" and i get nothin.

If you want it done right....then i gotta do it.
