Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to uninstall DBPro from a windows XP machine. Windows add/remove programs comes up with:

ErrorCDOCMEN~1\damianm\LOCALS~1\Temp\set32.tmp)
the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I just upgraded to patch 5.1 and now DB pro is screwed. I only get the sound when I try to run any db programs. I have directx 9 and the latest drivers for my radeon 7500 graphics card so I figure all I can do is uninstall and go back to patch 4 but it seems I can't do that either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Bung in the DBPro CD and run setup. This has a special uninstall option on the menu.

You say you have directx9 but have you got 9.0b which is required by latest patch.

Also by 'latest' drivers for ATI, do you mean catalyst 3.8

If your mansion house needs haunting, just call Rentaghost!

Hi, Thanks for your help. I'm now back to patch 4 and working again. Much appreciated.
I do have directx 9b, I upgraded specifically for db patch 5.1
As for video drivers, I have the latest as in I right click on my video card in Device Manager and select update drivers and my PC searches around on the internet for a bit then tells me I have the latest drivers. If I need specific drivers such as "catalyst 3.8" as you mentioned, I don't know how to get them.
Again, thanks for your help.

Someone tip some alcohol on the scorpion (if you didn't know alcohol on scorpions make them kill themselves, they start stinging themselves to death ). Who wants to watch.
