Hi all,
So I've started using shaders in my DBpro games for the first time, but the models I bring in are now turning out REALLY dark for some reason. After playing around, I have a feeling it has something to do with the smoothing groups on the 3D models. I'm using 3ds Max and after isolating areas of the model and applying separate smoothing groups I sometimes get good results and other times don't... Has anyone got some insight on what I can do to help this problem?
