I don't want this to be taken as if I'm asking for something for free. I have been thinking about Charactershop and how it really takes a lot of work to somewhat work with FPSC. However, it is a great concept. The figure files and animations are available from FPSC's main site and we have some of the best coders out there. Could we not pull our resources and create a FPSC Character rigger (I am open to suggestions on the name)? I mean you model and texture your character import it into the software, rig it to the already properly scaled "skeleton" with a firespot and preview the FPSC animations, assign shaders, soundsets, and scripts and save it to your entitybank.

This would not be easy and I have VERY (I say again VERY) limited programming skills but I am willing to help get this going somehow (although I do not know how yet). Would this be something we would all like to help out on or am I dreaming? If so I understand and maybe there is a better idea out there.

Any thoughts, ideas and comments are welcome.
