The Manual needs to be updated. I just downloaded the DBP and the pics in the Manual don't look like the versoin of Editor that I have. Some of the function on the tool bar are not the same. help if you can thanx

The main thing to focus on is not the editor but how to write code. You can check out TDKs Tutorials here to learn the basics of Darkbasic.

The old editor is still in install directory (at least for me, so I assume the same for everyone). It would take too long to go into the all the past history with regards to that editor. Most people used 3rd party editors anyways, Synergy (the new editor) being one of them.

Don't fret, they all basically work the same. If there is something you are having difficulty with a specifc task, just ask. You'll probably find yourself trying out and perhaps sticking with another editor down the road.

Your signature has been erased by a mod please reduce it to 600 x 120.
