I want to create a multiplayer game where the objective is to reach an area, if a player stands there they win the game, is this possible?

I dont think this is possible.

The only scripts that work in multiplayer are for weapons. You can trick the engine to run certain scripts during multiplayer by assigning them to a weapon off screen. You can also do this by assigning the script to the setuplevel.fpi. (I dont think a whole gametype is possible using this tho.)

Certain mods like Wasp and Project Blue will allow to have a team deathmatch.

I thought that what I could do is have it so that when player dies its not death but a respawn/teleport to another part of the map, and that only by going to a certain zone in the game actually kills the other player. Though it would be nice to have the results of how many deaths their are with programs like FPSC IP, rather than just 1 death when the player reaches the enemies base.
