Can anyone tell me how to convert the point into a usable number?
I had a grey I think it was rgb(200,200,200)
and the above conversion gave me 13158600
But how do I turn it around so I can use the number in a rgb command?
I tried using the number directly instead of an rgb command but the color was black.
I am wondering why it gives this number and how it converts it?

You use the RGBR(), RGBG() and RGBB() functions to extract each part of the colour
