I did a search on fourms and google and I can not locate Skies the skybox creator.... Can someone please post link for it? If not please inform me of a better one. Thanks

You would have to contact the software author to get Skies. It was available on FPSFree, but since Brian took his site down it is no longer there.

Had you looked at the link I gave you in your "Streets" thread you posted in the Models and Media section, you would have noticed that there is a ceSkies on that page as well.

In case you need the link... It does the trick, in case you are wondering.

Or you can use Bryce to make skyboxes.

i tried ceskies its annoying that you have to type out the image directory i cant remember 6 different ones...haha
