This took around 6 or 7 hours to complete.
As you guys know, Atlas is a robot from the Co-Op version of Portal 2. I decided to remake him to show my respect to the good people at Valve.

Just Beginning!

Added Legs!

Added Feet (was actually really hard to do!)

Finished! Finally!

Wireframe!

Total Polycount was 6,712

Made in Blender 3D

Travis: Do it for YOUR sake, not mine! The main thing is that YOU improve, and if it doesnt turn out good then we will give you critisism, take that to heart and try again.

Good job on the model. The main thing is a good uv map and that will help on making a good texture. As for the texture, white is not easy to do. You have a good ao map so most of your work is done. Multiply it over your diffuse texture and you have a good bake. For the diffuse, atlas was made of white painted metal, corrugated black tubing and dull metal limbs. I would look for those materials. For the eye I would use something like and jet exhaust and color adjust to the right color or even a iris of an eye.

This are just ideas, so take as you wish. I hope this helps some. Good luck.

Thanks Guys, i got the eye so far but the rest is remaining to be seen, Thanks a lot for all the support!

EDIT:
Ugh, Blender is being weird, whenever i try to bake the texture, it doesn't do right, looks like I'll have to do it myself.

Thanks! It was far spaced out though, i'd work on it for about 2 hours at a time, and i made it for a space of about 3 days. (worked on it for an extra hour one day.)
