As the title reads. I am using the candle decal and the light it give off is a little more than I need in the part of my map. I there a way to adjust the light radius like you do a light marker.

A decal does not give off any light. Not sure what you did there, but its not possible. Do you have any lightmarkers in your map?

Matter is energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively Theres no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and were the imagination of ourselves.

I am beside myself the legendary wolf replied to my question. I am humbled. Anyway, I do have light markers but they are grey, the candle gives off a yellowish hue and lights the whole area. When I run a test I can still see the light marker color reflect off the walls and ceiling but the yellowish candle washes it out. I didn't think that a decal gave off any light. I dont understand whats going on.

the decal itself has a shine through its transparency wich covers all behind.

1)copy and rename folder, load the copied decal into a paint-prog (photoshop, gimp), reduce gamma or brightness-/contrast+ until the shine is reduced into the black background, then save.

or

2) copy your candle-decal folder, rename and open the candle-fpe(?) and reduce size. more simple but less accurate, could be that you then see the borders of the shine.

Ok I get the "Well Duh" award for this one. It seems that the wall torch I was using actually was what was giving off the light. Not the candle flame. Thanks for the help though guys.
