There is a lot of information about publishing through the stores, but is it also possible to publish it through your own channels (website, other (on-line) game dealers)? If so, is there another kind of agreement I should take into consideration?

Thanks!

PS
Might be obvious questions and it could be answered somewhere... if so, I'm sorry! (I looked around!)

What would you like to publish?

If its PC or OSX games, then yes you can publish them yourself on your website.

If its mobile apps, no you have to go to the specific app store channels or team up with TGC and they do all the dirty work for you.

There is an exception, Android apps. These could be sold from your website but i dont know anyone who does it.

Hey, thanks a lot guys!

All right, I fully understand now. It's all relative to the platform it's released on. PC and OSX is quite obviously free to decide but the others are to the discretion of the platform companies.

It's a nice thing that TGC does the 'dirty work'. Everything is answered now. Thanks again!
