Having too much spare time at the moment for a little quick DLL creations.. Here is another Touch related DLL , this should give you the ability to use multiple touch on any win7 multitouch enabled device.
As always a simple demo is included together with the files..have fun.

Life begin where ->BeginScene() end it ends at ->EndScene()..so please Present(NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL);
