Hi,

How can I create a DLL using this IDE and this compiler? Is the same way as in VC++?

You can create a standard DLL for use with DBPro in Dev-C++, except that there are a few restrictions ...

You cannot create a Constructor/Destructor/ReceiveCorePtr function that DBPro will call.
Because you can't get the core pointer, you cannot allocate/deallocate strings - so you cannot return strings

Everything else is the same.

(There are work-arounds for the restrictions, but unless you are fairly good with windows programming and C++, they won't do you much good)
