Hi Davison,

Judging from the screen shot, it looks like you need to upgrade to V1.11

I know everyone will ask you, so, you might as well post your PC specs to clear that up, just to ensure that you can run X10.

Plus, I think someone will soon ask you to not post with generic titles such as, Help me please.

If after you upgrade to V1.11, and it still doesn't work, just come straight back here and we will see what we can do.
