Does anyone know how to fix this? When I start AppGameKit, the first time I build, broadcast and run a project, it compiles, broadcasts, then the editor window pops in front of the game window, so I can't see it.

For me it's just the first time I run, after starting AppGameKit, but I think others may have this happening more often. I've tried all the settings options that look like they might affect the editor, nothing matters.

It happens on both my Vista machine at home, and my XP system at work.

Any help?

I have a similar problem, but with a Windows Explorer window. I have to minimise it to stop it happening every time I compile.

Rich, are you running a 2 screen setup, and the editor window is overlapping onto the 2'nd screen? maybe that would cause such rude behavior?

hmm.. some custom system settings you do on both machines, without realizing the consequences maybe?

Try this:

I'm not sure I want to edit the registry, and the TweakUI program did not solve the problem on my XP machine. Thanks for the advice, though. I can live with the problem, I guess.

I have this issue too. If I have another window open then compile and run, both my game and the other open window pops up. Minimising the other window prevents this.

If you can provide a detailed step by step so I can attempt to reproduce this one, and post it here that would be cool: http://code.google.com/p/agk/issues/list

I drink tea, and in my spare time I write software.
