I recently re-installed my copy of DBP and tried to upgrade it to 7.6 however when I enter in my serial code and email address, it says my product has activated, but there's no finish button, so I hit close. I try to compile a test project and that doesn't work. Instead it tells me that I haven't activated my product. So I go through the same process of get an order key again. and enter it again. and then again it doesn't work. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on / how to fix it?

Not sure, try using the troubleshooting feature on the site where it will ask for an email and a description of the problem.

Un-install everything and start from scratch but this time activate the downloaded version first and then do the upgrades.

Mental arithmetic? Me? (That's for computers) I can't subtract a fart from a plate of beans!

If you're using the same key you may get that. Start from scratch (horrid innit?) but re-register via tinterweb and email as I think the key may change. I had a similar problem when re-installing and referred to an old email until I done it properly.

Fingers crossed...
