Number 10: While we are having some pretty experienced users around here that could/ are actually working in the game industry, the forums never lost its aura of amateur gamedevelopers. Even if your work isn't top notch, it gets attention, players and reviewers.
Number 9 : A lot of other forums have their little gang of old users and pros, a few noobs hanging around from time to time asking questions that get usually replied to with sarcasm...here however, there is a constant flow of users. And users are actually helping other users and teaching them / giving advice.
Number 8: Most active users are rather mature and intelligent....which results in pretty interesting conversations.
