FPSC Classic Models and Media / door not working like it should

When I put a door in my segment it cuts a hole in the floor. see photo:
How can I fix that?

It looks like CSG is not configured correctly for that floor segment. You need to correct the CSG setting or use a different floor.

I tryed that, I don't want to move the punch to high. I will make it higher.

Moving the punch isn't really the answer. The problem is not in the door, it's in the floor segment. The floor segment needs to be CSG Immune.
