FPSC Classic Product Chat / Fenix Mod Error

So I updated to 1.16 and installed Fenix's mod by backing up the original files and then adding in the mod files. When I go to test the game, it starts building then it pops up an error message saying. "FPSC has encounter a problem and needs to close." How do I fix this?
