Im interested in FPSC-IP. Mostly for the Chat lobby, Achievement system, and downloadable content system. So please respond...

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Have a look at there website and judge for yourself, I say no its not worth its money not when a game maker states is supports multiplayer then really it does a half arss job at it, FPSC should of really sorted this out we should not have to buy more things on top.

There are other things I con't like about FPSC IP, I not sure they converted to php yet if not its still on ASP what costs so much and its the most hoggiest web tech I ever seen.

There are really good things in FPSC IP also but its really a question why do we pay more for something we really should of had from the get go.

I am a programmer but want to try making a game also own x9

@AMF Productions Founder: Like rexzooly said, your best option is to view the site and see what you think yourself: http://main.fpscip.com/

Because it's not available and I've put the work and effort in to make it available the best I can

That isn't really a very valid reason to dislike FPSC IP, the program itself doesn't use ASP and the latest versions have had speed improvements added to them so they run as fast as possible. Only the website I made to advertise it uses ASP

Knxrb please don't feel I was having a stab at your work its great and if I had some money I would look in to your system and mostly try and rebuild the asp to php as sorry asp is just not accpetable not with the servces I have all running linux and always will, asp is not away to go for me lol

I was just pointing out A php to me is a really big down fall, but also yes you did a great work here I looked at your site and like what I see and its cheap at £10 or around there its like wow but its sad people have do go out of there way to add things a game should already have, I do like the lobby and chat system tho lol.

So yes sorry if it sounded like a stab at you it wasn't it was a stab at FPSC its self really, I used this game system a few years back and I see no change in the multiplayer system whats sad.

Maybe in the future I win the loto and be able to by your system lol.

But when a system says it as option X but really only as Option W then its not worth going out paying for X from someone else that was my point, your other functions are great and you are worth your money there.

Sadly I wont be a used not the way my money is for the next few years lol, unless someone donates me the money to get these functions added to a game I make.

P.S add some screen shots to your website with the custom funtions in action please

No worries, I don't think you're getting at FPSC IP. I'm merely answering some of your statements/questions

I can see what you're saying there, maybe it will be added in the future

Knxrb, question, does this app have to be online all the time to build and I read a good few posts about it where people could self host but I see no options within the software, also when I make a game and want a player registed I would not want to offer the user mulity FPSC game support it would be for my game only, things I make are also privert and don't want saving else where on a database like from what I see in the build opiton of your siftware.

Also does it support mysql over the standard SQL?

Sorry since this is a topic on if its worth it I thought I would take this time to ask as few things are confusing me, I needed a system like this that gives me the control back but I would need it all to be in house, the first time login and registing of the program is fine as this is just checking if I am a legal user but I would also would only want this one time its used on my pc as I do offline work or lose wifi in some places.

I guess I getting more intereted in this then I thought I would but it looks like a good tool but some things are confusing on how they would work.

I used to get that
1.Get FPSCIP
2.Download WASP MOD V2

It should work

ok, I checked out website, but I am wondering if the features actually work really well, if they work, fairly well with a few bugs, or doesn't really work. Thanks..

I have used FPSCIP and the features do work very well, I made a game a little while back with it to see how they work and they do work well. I did have some connection issues though but it was because of FPSC itself. like TheDesertEagle said, you should download the WASP mod.

Yeah, just wanted to see if it was worth it. After all, $15.00 US is a lot. I don't have a credit card, so I gonna have to go out and buy a pre-paid vanilla mastercard or something. It just seems a bit pricey, but with all those working features, I still might get it.
