I hasn't been playing with FPSC for a while. Does it support dynamic shadows now?
Im asking because i've seen it in the model pack 57 movie: http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=view_product&id=2298

Yes, turn it on in setup.ini, atleast it worked for me for dynamic entities and characters, but caused a lot of lag.. Don't know does it work for static entities and segments.

Those are not dynamic shadows on those characters, but a shader that comes with the pack.

I recently learned to sleep with my eyes open. ..... God am I tired

I'm noob so don't kill me for stupid questions, but can I use this shader to other objectcs in my game? If yes then how?

No,the shader will only work with characters. And yes the dynamic shadows were abandoned. You can still choose to turn them on through setup.ini...but it is VERY buggy, and will drop the framerate quite a bit

It's not abandoned quite yet according to Lee. But it's going to take a lot of time for him to figure it out that he is not willing to do for the moment. Since he is focusing all his attention on AppGameKit we won't see him until he is comfortable where AppGameKit is.

Shakleford is right, it is best not to turn on dynamic shadows. If Lee decides to abandon it he will delete the flag. We'll see what happens in v1.19.
