Sculptris is pretty good, and FREE, but you can't export to anything usable which is a shame.

I disagree, you can always export something, put it into your favorite modeling program and bake the normals into a low poly version of the object and most of the time, it will look just as good as the original.

Oh sorry I didn't see export obj. All I saw was save sculptris.
