Hey sic1ne, I have the same problem to. I sometimes get it sometimes don't but here's an answer for you:

THESE RULES ONLY APPLY TO THE HOSTER OF THE GAME:

Be sure to check your port forwarding make sure it allows connections.
Make sure firewall allows you through.
Make sure the hoster is the one with the faster computer.

Hope this helped. If it didn't you can contact me at:

Quick reply to the post I said above,
-----------
If it still doesn't work make sure to email me at my email: [email protected]
-------

And if you do not understand,
------

Firewall is a block sometimes, you need to UNBLOCK the program.

No it will not, I turn mine old and it works fine, ask a parent to help you with it.

HERE IS HOW TO TURN PORT FORWARDING ON:

Type the router's address in an Internet browser's address bar. (By default the router's address is 192.168.0.1). The Setup Wizard appears.
Enter the router's username and password.
Under Advanced, click Port Forwarding on the left menu bar.

A Port Forwarding Screen (Varies Slightly by Router)

From the Service & Game (or Service Name) pull down, select the service that you will host. The services the router knows about are listed here. If the service does not appear in the drop down, add a service as described in the next section, then return to this step.
Enter the IP address of your local server in the Server IP Address box.
Click Add.
Click Logout to exit from router settings.

Remember, every computer is different. If you still cannot get in I would go to your guardian or parent and ask them about port-forwarding. If they do not know, there is one other way to get into a game. Download Hamachi, create a Network, tell your friend the username and password of the network, he'll join it and you can play than on LAN.

You can get Hamachi through this:
