hi, how do i get my .map file to into darkbasic? answer: turn it into a bsp, so how do i do that?

im a bit of a newb(if you couldnt tell) and i just cant find anything that will convert .map to .bsp

i know u have to compile it, but i cant seem to get any thing to do it. ive looked into hl compliers and Q3 but cant get it going.

please can someone point me in the right direction with some software or anything( i have a vis.exe, qrad.exe, qbsp2.exe and qcsg.exe but dont know what to do with them).
