Recently my fpsc has ( god knows why ) changed itself back into free version so I tried reentering my code but I cannot find where to put , I searched around only to find out that you have to buy the "game upgrade" on the GCS

what should I do ?

ps: an answer that DOES NOT say "just buy it" would be preferable

Thanks,
Undertake

Hello Undertake,

I am not working with technical support team of the TGC , however you might try this in addition to Shakleford's post.

However, before following directions, please close your FPSC program if it is running.

#1 - Search for your FPSC installation folder by default it is: C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

# 2 - Looking for this file ------ > userdetails.ini, after that, open it with notepad or another thing like that.

# 3 - After open it you will find out something like the following attached image:

# 4 - Enter your registered user name and your registered serial code.

# 5 - Save your file as "All files (*.*) and close it.

# 6 - Now open your userdetails.ini file again and check out. If your new data are there, it's done.

However if nothing has changed, so repeat all step above and save it in your destop or documents folder and after that, copy it and paste in your FPSC folder ( in C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator) and replace the old userdetail.ini file by your just saved file.

Again repeat the step # 6 above if your changes has been successfully now it's time to run your FPSC program again and that's it.

If all has been failed so you should contact the technical support team of the TGC for more informations.

Good luck.
