Alright so about half way through my building i realized that i started to close to the edge of the map and i need stuff to go beyond the black area. Is there any way to move all of my segments and entities to a different area without having to redo everything?

Thank you,
- Josh

Also if anyone is reading this, is there a way to make a dynamic window transparent? My window, when set to static, makes it so you can't see through it anymore. Is there any way around this?

Thanks!

Regarding first question. Click on the "Editing" menu, then click on "Clipboard edit." This works just like the clipboard. You first outline what you want to move, then do a ctrl-x to copy to the clipboard and delete what is outlined. You then move it to where you want. Ctrl-C does a copy and leaves the area you outlined in the same position. This is a great tool.

Regarding the second question, I'll let someone who is more familiar with modeling answer that one.

Addendum

I've never tried moving or copying multi-layer areas. Seems it should work. You probably would need to go to the top layer and then outline it. However, if not, you will probably have to move one layer at a time.

Yes there is. You may try to make a transparent dynamic window by changing the values of transparency (in Optional Visuals tab - please see the example attached of a stock window tiltled "Grandview") for 1,2,3 or 4, of course your window texture should have an alpha channel or some transparency or otherwise it will not work.

I hope this may clarify your question.

Cheers.
