In respect of the free DarkGDK download, you can use them for your own development, and you can distribute them in works you create. The only restrictions is that you cannot pass them off as your own work, sell them in graphics libraries, incorporate them into works that you then exploit commercially or for financial gain. To commercially exploit DarkGDK or any of the assets in the product you will need a DarkGDK Commercial License.
