Hi all, is it possible for me to load and play a GIF animation?, i have made a simple loading animation that i would liek to use in my game.

Export the animation to a .PNG or .BMP (I think GIMP will do the trick) put the created pictures in in rows and use an animated sprite to play it.

Animated gif files play fine. I use them in my games.
