when trying to import a 3ds model made in blender, dark basic is continuously freezing and crashing... What can i do to fix this problem? It works with smaller files, so is there some way i can tell darkbasic to use more cpu and not crash? Because its not working with 300kb files, which isnt that big of a file compared to some. Any help is appreciated

Personally I've never got 3ds files to load successfully in DBP. When I asked about this, I'm pretty sure someone told me it's supported any more so you'd be better off doing what chafari says and going with .x.

Not all 3ds are the same. 3ds has not standar and many programs can export compatible 3ds with Dbpro.

Download attached to test

Have you test the example above?
