Why do you demand an explanation, it is simply stating that you have permission to use the code in your own projects and that the code was downloaded from the TGC website.

I usually delete it once I've downloaded it. It's not needed in my projects and all thanks go in credits.

Not the best of attitudes though..... Never mind.
