Hi all, is there a way to get an accurate on-screen poly count while using shaders? The standard method doesn't work when you're using advanced lighting for some reason.

What value do you get? Two, perhaps? I'm not sure whose version of "advanced lighting" you're using, but if the final render is to a screen quad then there are only two polys on screen.

I guess you need to think more carefully about which polys you want to include in your total and count those when you render them. Then report the final total when you do the final screen render.

Shaders as such probably have nothing to do with your problem.
