Could you guys please start putting the build number in the "about" dialog? Currently the only thing there is a build date that means nothing to me.

It seems that build date is when the IDE itself was built.

brilliant idea.

Also, is there a way to get this from the app itself?

I'd like to be able to put a line on screen during debugging to show the version of the compiler that an app was built with, especially while updates are so frequent.
