Rolfy beat me to it.

In any case, I wouldn't keep your fingers crossed. Yes, there are a handful of generous artists here that set aside time from their own schedules to contribute to the community by taking model requests, but typically it's a simple static model here and there. Still, they give up several hours to lend others a hand with their projects.
Character modeling/UVmapping/texturing/rigging/animating/scripting can take tens (or hundreds) of hours to achieve for
one character, let alone three. And weapon modeling/etc isn't far behind. You can't expect someone to give up a hundred hours of their time for the promise of being mentioned in a game that stands a good chance of never even being finished.
If you have limited funds, you can improvise. Maybe sift through model packs or GCS characters and find a character that suits your needs. The "Freaks and Abominations" model pack has a nice "Slasher" like character, for example. Even wields a chainsaw. Anyway, then you can either pay someone (substantially less than where your original request would leave you standing) to retexture the model to better suit your needse, or learn to to do it yourself. A bit of retexturing goes a long way.
And a few of the weapons/characters you mentioned can already be found in the GC Store or in some of TGC's Model Packs. Bottom line is, if you really need these things for your game, you need to see what you can do about scrunging up a few bucks to buy them, as most are already here somewhere for a few pennies. Which, considering what 3D media sells for elsewhere, is consideration in itself on the artists' behalf.
