Are we going to answer his question or just talk about the translator every second?

To be honest it isn't clear what exactly he's asking, it seems to be about copyright issues concerning an arcade emulator, but it's the specifics I struggle to understand.

We've been trying to convince him to find the right way to break this language barrier, but of course that in itself is difficult to do. Google Translate is the best option it seems, but PAGAN has also offered to translate from Russian, but at this present time we've not actually been given much we can use to help him...in any of his threads. In my mind it's a lot better to solve the issue of this language barrier first so when he posts in the future we're able to communicate fluently enough to contribute to discussion.

At least trying is a better priority.

Why not try answering it at first just as it is?

Aye, I probably could, though as far as copyright is concerned I'd prefer a bit of clarity (not just receive it, but give it). So my best advice to somebody who does not speak any languages I do or without accurate translations would be:

Research copyright law.
Исследования об авторском праве.

There's a lot that makes up copyright, but I don't think I could go out and try to answer questions about what I understand about copyright if they're not going to be clear to the person reading them, simply for the reason they might be misinterpreted. And I suspect he would rather not misinterpret somebody's answers.

To add: Pavel has misinterpreted people's posts on this forum before.

I suggest the OP take up Pagan on his offer; otherwise this (and all threads like it) are going nowhere. I do sympathize with the OP; but these threads are (in their present state) turning into nothing but spam.

I also realize that the OP may have no idea what I just wrote here.
