Hi all, does anyone know a way of resetting the mousez back to its default.

The reason being i have coded a model viewer, the user has the ability to zoom in and out using the mouse wheel.

However when the user loads another object into the viewer at runtime the model can appear to close otoo far from the screen, i assume if i can reset the mousez reading it will appear centered using autocam?.

Any ideas or help will be appreciated, thanks.

You can thank IanM for this solution. He came up with it.

Well, although DBPro doesn't provide a way to reset it, you can arrange it yourself:"

Basically, when you grab the mousez() value, you subtract a previously snapshotted value at the same time. When you reset, you simply set the snapshotted value to the same value as mousez().
