3 Dimensional Chat / Model Offset and Position

Right now, my player model is oriented to where the feet are positioned at (0,0,0). Is this how I should have the models be in my game, or should I have it so that the center of the model is at (0,0,0)?

E.g. where should the pivot point in my model be?

Sorry just tagging along... however I believe EZ Rotate has in depth information on this... I can check later as I am currently on my phone...
