FPSC Classic Models and Media / stock models not appearing?

I downloaded the free version of FPSC, and just updated it to v118. I got a lot of new stock character models, but I can't load most of them. A good 80% or so don't have an image in the entity window, and models have no textures. Why is this?

It's because you're using the free version.

A good chunk of the media is missing from it.

Ok so its not sonething I'm missing? Is the only way to fix it is by installing the full version?

i upgraded to full version (typed in my serial code) but the stock models still don't show up, how can i fix this?

You might need to reinstall. When I bought my full version of FPSC, I had to reinstall to get the "Build Game" feature to work (although I purchased the full CD and not just the upgrade).
