I have set-up a 512 slot Teamspeak 3 server for use by the Game Creator Members for the purpose of collaborating code, and ideas. Teamspeak is a voice program that allows multiple people (in this case up to 512 people) to talk to each other in an effort to help each other with their coding issues, as well as share ideas, work together, share files, or just talk to each other.

If you would like to try it out you can download the client version of the program from www.teamspeak.com.

After that is installed do the following...
run the program
click bookmarks -->
add to bookmarks
type in the desired name for the server
for the address type in 65.25.2.43:9987
for the password type in "tgc"
for nickname type the name you want to be known as
click ok

then click bookmarks up top then click on whatever you named the server.

IP(address): 65.25.2.43:9987
Password: tgc

I dont understand the question? I didnt make the software GMBH did im just hosting it for the Game Creators use if it is desired.

I am confused... how does this relate to AppGameKit?

GMBH is a legal extension as in limited company...

I was trying to encourage group work.

I'm just throwing it out there as an option if anyone wants to try to utilize it.

It would be similar to the IRC channel except instead of typing you just talk to each other through a microphone. i find it difficult to type in a chat and type code at the same time because i forget what im doing but i find that i am able to type and talk easily. I was just offering the teamspeak 3 server as a viable alternative.

[brain explodes] you mean... not to integrate but basically use like skype... I really do not see the difference... skype does the same thing... and most people already use it lol... I have it on every device...

But if I am right... then this should clarify your intention... for me and anybody that did not get the point the first time around...

I thought you were talking about integrating it... into AGK... because you posted this into AGK...

teamspeak 3 would be better than skype in this instance because you have multiple channels and you can have up to 512 people connected at the same time with no lag. That is why i am offering this. also teamspeak 3 uses next to 0 resources on the client pc's

you cant really compare skype and teamspeak they serve 2 completely different purposes

I just installed Team Speak. It's very nice. I can chat with others easily and share files easily.
