Is there a way to put all of the information found at http://www.appgamekit.com/documentation/home.html
into a PDF?

I wanted to do this so that I could print it all. I tried printing from the website i ended up going through 3 ink cartriges and i started going through the papers and a bunch of code chunks were chopped off and only partial pictures printed. there is a deffinate issue with the CSS Print style on that website making it impossible to print properly.

You could try "CutePDF" printer. It installs a virtual printer that creates PDFs. Oh and it's free
