my free version of FPSC keeps crashing when i try to test level. at first i thought it was because i had to many entities/objects on my playing area. but i used a segment to create a 10x10 house, just the 10x10 house alone caused the client to crash :\. can anyone help me with how i can fix it, or why it may be force closing?

oh, and it wasn't doing it before. before i could make a big house, with multiple storys', and it would load just fine.

@mrvalentine. I just didn't want to have to reinstall if it wasn't necessary

That's because a reinstall is usually done as a last resort, particularly when most of us have a rather large collection of media.

@ Scythe Reaver,

Instead of a reinstall, try an "over-install". Meaning run the setup for FPSC and if you get the option to "remove" or "Repair", choose repair. It is possible something was deleted, etc, by mistake. You said you are running the free version- does anyone know if the free version allows one to run an update and if so what version update is one able to run? Also, what operating system are you running?

Yes, a repair. I was referring to the FPSC application, not an FPSC update. If I run the installer, it allows me to modify, repair or remove on Vista or Win 7.

Right, okay.

Correct. Once you have your purchase and your key, that is yours. If you have to reinstall the product, you can use your key again.
