when i create a small room/house or whatever i feel like out of segments, it already seems to be prelit. is there a way i can make the rooms darker, so that light sources seem more signifigant? is their anyway to do it other than through coding, because i don't know how to do any coding in FPSC. but if thats the only way to make non pre-lit rooms, can somebody help me in how to add that code in?

please and thank you,

Ok, thanks trispefear, is there anyway to make that permanant? Like aftee I exit the level test, does it revert back to normal? And can I change the lighting in certain sections? Or only the whole level?

When you are in the FPSC editor, on the left click on the Markers tab. Under this tab you will find lights which you can click on an then place them in you level. To adjust the light color and intensity, simply right click on the light in your level that you would like to adjust.

Press the ENTER key after changing the ambience value in test-game with the < > keys.

Ambience affects the entire level, though you can assign ambience changes via trigger zones with a bit of simple scriptwork.
