Hi guys,
I've decided to make smth for our forum(uh, well, your forum) to not to be just a freeloader over here and to improve my skills at low-poly 3d modeling, u see.

So, the stuff will be a package of some HQ modern weaps for FPSC(HQ doesn't mean over9000 polys, dont worry men). There also be some exotic ancient sh..err..toys, like Beretta 951 (for fans of Scarface and Starsky & Hutch), and guns of Vietnam Era, I think.
Now it's heavy wip, but, I promise to do my best and be as fast as a diarrhea.
For making models I use Gmax and md3 plugin, then convert to .X

Now let see what is done(made in gmax, screens from fragmo):

It hass not optimised so far, but I've made it in summer, when I was kinda..n00b

C&C welcome. Maybe some offers of weaps?

I like them. good work.
my only critism is that the bullet of the first weapon is a bit to high poly. Its a detail you won't see much.

You don't need to have a polygon fleet run through your whole mesh because of a nice curve somewhere on the model. Weld every vertices you can.

No major updates here, sorry) Okay, I've decided to realize the act of opening the stock in retrieving animation, so I've done some mesh editing here:

I've redone the ironsights, now they look more realistic, like on a real UMP (I've found some more image references, u see):
