Hi! is any restrictions for vertex number in result object when use "add mesh to vertex data" command?

There will be, but I'm not sure what it is - really it's a good idea to split objects up that have a high polygon count, in terms of things like buildings at least.
I think the sensible limit should be 50,000 polygons - most game environments can fit into that, so if you are sensible it should never be a problem.

The vertex limit is probably more like 64,000 per limb, so if you run into problems, maybe using more than one limb is an option as well.

i try to add vertex data with different objects and get different vertex limit.for example i create triangles in dbpro and collect them into one limb i get 96000 vertices - 32000 triangles limit.when i load object and did the same the limit number was 63240 vertices- 21080 triangles.
